the person wishing to download ringtones or logos from the Service, and "our" and "we"
refers to the "Service" by DIGIPLUG.
When you agree to purchase a logo or ringtone under these Terms, you are forming
a contract between you and DIGIPLUG for the purchase of ringtones and/or logos.
Even though the Service may be co-branded or offered in co-operation with PANASONIC
and include Panasonic trademarks, trade names, or service marks, PANASONIC is
not a party to this contract, and is not responsible for any part of the operation
of the Service or for the supply of any ringtones or logos to you.
COPYRIGHT
All content included in the Service such as graphics, logos, button icons, images,
audio clips, digital downloads, data compilation, and software, is the property
of DIGIPLUG or its content suppliers, and is protected by international copyright
laws. Reproduction, transfer, distribution or storage of part or all of the contents
of the Service in any form without the prior written permission of DIGIPLUG is
prohibited except in accordance with the following terms. DIGIPLUG consents to
you browsing the Service's web pages on your computer or printing copies of extracts
from these pages for your personal use only and not for redistribution unless
consented to in writing by DIGIPLUG. The use of the Service and the content therein,
is permitted for private, non-commercial use only. PANASONIC does not control
the Service or the content made available therein and will not be liable in any
way to you in connection with its use.

by your mobile operator - and DIGIPLUG accepts no liability for any failed or
faulty delivery of any ringtone or logo to you. DIGIPLUG reserves the right to
revise the Service's web pages or withdraw access to them at any time. NO WARRANTY
OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES
OF TITLE OR NON-INFRINGEMENT OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS
FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, IS MADE IN RELATION TO THE AVAILABILITY, ACCURACY, RELIABILITY
OR CONTENT OF THESE PAGES.

marks used in connection with the Service without the trademark owner's prior
written consent.
PRIVACY POLICY
DIGIPLUG will not disclose to any third person (excluding PANASONIC) the personal
data provided by you when you use the Service (such as your mobile phone number,
your name, and your personal details). PANASONIC 's use of any such personal data
is subject to PANASONIC's Privacy Policy available on the PANASONIC homepage.
CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may without notice change, modify or withdraw access to this Site, or the content
